We specialise in the supply of all types of Building and Construction staff. We work with you to understand  your business and then how to attract a reliable hard working tradesman or Supervisory / Management contractor or permanent staff member.

We can find you any type of building and construction worker including ground works, steel erectors, Carpenters, Bricklayers, Plumbers, Painters, Plasterers, Labourers, Dry Fixers, Dumper Truck Drivers, Fork Lift drivers, 7.5 tonne drivers, Planning Engineers, Site Engineers, Site Agents, Project Managers, Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Commercial staff, Sales and Marketing staff, Reception / Admin and Document Controllers.

We also operate a standby pool policy whereby if someone doesn't turn up for work, we will have that position covered in a very short space of time.

All candidates will be sourced from within the local area to the site where they will work. Our experience shows this works more effectively and has proved to deliver more reliable and consistent productivity.

Each contractor will sign and agree our terms of business as a contractor. At the point of being offered a contract, the terms will be agreed and confirmed in a confirmation of assignment document.

All contractors will demonstrate their right to work in the UK and proof of their address. We will also check the contractor's (CSCS) Construction Skills Certification Scheme card using the online checker, ensuring the person in the photograph is in fact the person in front of us.

We expect each contractor to have their own safety boots as a minimum and up to 5 or 6 pieces of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment in total. Although the client will usually supply any specialist equipment and / or company logo / corporate identity related equipment, i.e. clothing, hard hat etc.

As a quality control check we will also take up 2 references from the last 3 years work history where possible.
